Quarry Oaks Golf Course is a premier 27-hole facility near Steinbach, MB, known for its stunning greens and exceptional hospitality. We are currently seeking dedicated, high-energy individuals to join our culinary team for the upcoming season. Whether you are an experienced leader or looking to start your career in a professional kitchen, we offer a dynamic environment where excellence is rewarded.
Current Opportunities
- Term: Seasonal Full-Time (April – December)
- Role: Lead our kitchen operations and mentor a team of cooks to deliver top-tier restaurant and banquet experiences. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with 3+ years of experience and strong leadership skills.
- Highlights: Competitive hourly wage + gratuities, menu development opportunities, and leadership growth.
- Term: Seasonal Full-Time & Part-Time (Weekends & Evenings)
- Role: Execute high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for precise preparation and assembly, adhering to rigorous quality and sanitation standards.
- Highlights: Competitive hourly wage + gratuities, kitchen training, and a collaborative team culture.
- Term: Seasonal Part-Time (May – September)
- Role: Maintain the operational flow of the kitchen by ensuring impeccable sanitation and assisting with basic food preparation. No experience is required; we provide full training.
- Highlights: $16/hour + gratuities, entry-level experience in a professional culinary setting.

Requirements for All Roles
- Reliable transportation to and from the golf course (37142 Quarry Oaks Road).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs (role dependent).
