Desert No. 5
Par 4- The Desert 5th hole is a strategic short sharp dog leg left. The play here is to place your tee shot straight down the fairway just short of the aim point trees, anything past and you bring the rough and tee line into play. Avoid the waste areas both left and right off the tee. Big hitters depending on the wind and tee markers location, can attempt cutting the corner and reaching the green or surrounding areas. The waste area on the left from the landing area continues down that side past the green. This green heavily slops from back to front so approach shots in the air will hold but can also be run on from the fairway. Keep you approaches away from the deep front right greenside bunker. It collects many shots that are short or drifting right of the target.
